How much do you charge?

Retainers are scoped per engagement based on spend volume and management complexity, plus paid media (which stays in your accounts). We don't take a percentage of spend. See our pricing page for how we approach it.

What's a realistic ROAS?

Depends entirely on margins, product, and category. We benchmark against your industry and your historical performance, set realistic targets, and report against them. We won't commit to a specific ROAS before reviewing your data.

Do you build the creative or just run the campaigns?

Both options. We can bring creative production into the engagement (designers, editors, copywriters scoped to the work), or pair with your existing creative team. For most clients, creative production is part of the engagement because creative drives performance.

How do you handle tracking with cookie/privacy changes?

Server-side conversion tracking, first-party data setup, and incrementality testing where it matters. We're not relying on platform defaults that degrade every quarter.

What channels work for B2B vs. consumer?

B2B typically leans on professional-network ads, search, and retargeting display. Consumer typically leans on the major social platforms, search, and programmatic. We'll recommend channels based on your funnel and audience, not channels we want to bill for.

Can you take over an existing account?
