How we handle your information.

What we collect.

When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email address, inquiry type, and message you provide. We also log the IP address, country, and browser user-agent of the request, which our hosting provider uses to filter spam and abuse.

Beyond what you submit and standard request logging, we don't currently collect any other personal information through this site.

Why we collect it.

We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, follow up about related services or relevant news, and filter out spam and abuse. We do not use it for retargeting, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to our work with you.

We may keep your email address on file after we respond, and we may reach out later about work that could be relevant. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to any message from us or by submitting a request through our contact form.

Where it's stored.

Form submissions are stored in a managed database hosted by a third-party provider in the United States. Request metadata (IP, country, timestamp) is retained by our hosting provider as part of standard request logs. Data is retained until you ask us to delete it, or until we determine it is no longer needed.

What we don't do.

• We don't sell your data. Your information is not sold, rented, or traded to anyone, ever.
• We don't share with marketers. Your information is not shared with advertising networks, data brokers, or third-party marketers.
• We don't add you to bulk newsletters. Submitting our form doesn't subscribe you to a generic marketing list. Any communication we send is from us, about work related to your inquiry.

Your rights.

You can request at any time to:

• Access a copy of any information we hold about you.
• Correct information you believe to be inaccurate.
• Delete your information from our records.
• Opt out of any future follow-up communication.

To make any of these requests, send a message through our contact form. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time, typically a few business days.

If you are a resident of California, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with specific privacy laws, additional rights may apply. Contact us with any specific request and we will work with you in good faith.

User age.

This site is not directed at users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us and we will delete it.

Updates.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date below. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
