Is this an agency or an in-house team replacement?

We operate as an outsourced marketing team. Smaller and more senior than a traditional agency, more flexible than building in-house. Most clients see us as their fractional marketing department.

What's a typical monthly retainer?

Retainers are scoped per engagement based on scope and required capacity, plus paid media spend (which stays in your accounts, not ours). See our pricing page for how we approach it.

Do you take a cut of ad spend?

No. Media spend goes directly from your accounts to the platforms. We charge a flat retainer for management. No incentive to inflate spend.

What if we already have an in-house marketing person?

We can supplement. Many clients have a marketing lead and use us for execution capacity, creative production, or specific channel expertise.

How fast can you start?

Onboarding is typically 2 to 3 weeks: audit existing setup, build the plan, hand-off access. From signed agreement to first campaign live is usually 4 to 6 weeks.

Do you commit to specific KPIs?

Yes. We set quarterly KPIs together (typically pipeline contribution, CAC, ROAS, or customer growth) and report against them. We're accountable to outcomes, not activity.
