Services / UI/UX Design

Design that ships well, not just looks good.

UI and UX design for web apps, mobile apps, and software products. Research, wireframes, visual design, prototypes, and design systems. Built to hand off cleanly to engineering, not to win design awards.

What we deliver

Product UX Research

User interviews, task analysis, competitive review. Real insight, not generic personas.

Wireframes & Flows

Information architecture, user flows, wireframes. The structural decisions before pixel work begins.

Visual Design

High-fidelity UI design across screens, states, and edge cases. Production-ready, not just hero shots.

Interactive Prototypes

Clickable prototypes for testing, stakeholder demos, and engineering reference. Figma-based, shareable.

Design Systems

Component libraries, design tokens, documentation. Systems that scale across products and teams.

Engineering Handoff

Specs, redlines, exported assets, Figma-to-code integration. Engineers don't have to guess what 'almost' means.

How we work

Built to ship

Design files engineers can actually build from. Not 'inspirational mockups' that ignore state, edge cases, and constraints.

Research-informed, opinion-driven

We use research to inform decisions, then make decisions. Not 'design by committee' that pleases everyone and excites no one.

Systems over screens

Most products fail at the design system level. We design components that scale before perfecting individual screens.

Who this is for

  • Founders building a product who need real product design
  • SaaS companies with a 'we shipped it but UX is bad' problem
  • Product teams adding features and needing design capacity
  • Apps and platforms ready to graduate from founder-designed UI
  • Companies starting a design system from scratch

Frequently asked questions

How is this different from brand identity?

Brand identity is the brand's visual foundation (logo, color, typography). UI/UX design applies the identity to a specific product interface. We do both, often together.

Do you also build what you design?

Yes, when the engagement includes both. Many clients use us for design and engineering in one team. Or design-only and hand off to an existing engineering team.

How long does product design take?

Full product redesign: 6 to 16 weeks. New feature design: 2 to 6 weeks. Design system build: 6 to 12 weeks. Depends on scope and research depth.

What's the cost?

Pricing depends on scope. We quote per project after a scoping call. See our pricing page for how we approach it.

What design tools do you use?

We deliver in the industry-standard design tool with components, design tokens, and engineering-ready specs. Source files go to you.

Can you fix an existing product's UX without rebuilding it?

Often yes. A UX audit identifies the highest-leverage fixes that don't require rebuilding from scratch. We then design and prioritize a fix list.

Have something to build?

Tell us what you're working on. We'll come back with how we'd approach it, including whether we're the right fit.
